A real estate SaaS platform rebuilt for closing power. We restructured two complementary products: an AI-powered dashboard for agents and a Chrome extension for buyers. Designed to unify decision-making, compress time-to-close.
Challenge
Early flows were fragmented, slowing user adoption and development. The product needed a clear structure to display large datasets without friction and a design system to ensure visual consistency.
Outcome
We designed a modular dashboard with ergonomic tables, onboarding wizards, and a reusable Figma system. This reduced task time by 35% and improved user adoption during launch.
