Project Obsidian is a real-time collaboration platform built for tech teams to share, manage, and act on feedback. My role was to reshape the product experience with clearer journeys, scalable systems, and a strong visual identity aligned with a modern SaaS standard.
Challenge
The original platform suffered from poor navigation, unclear labels, inconsistent color contrast, and no central dashboard. User flows were confusing, leading to frustration, high support demand, and low adoption among new users.
Outcome
I delivered a unified dashboard, improved navigation, accessible color schemes, and a streamlined design system. The result was a 65% of first-time users completed their task flows successfully, 40% fewer support tickets and 22% reduction in UI complexity with fewer chaotic layouts and more clarity.
